Hi There! I’m Paige.

As a therapist, I am passionate about working with individuals to move away from self-criticism and toward self-compassion. I truly believe therapy is all about feeling heard, understood, and forming a real connection with your therapist.

Imagine a world where sensitivity is seen as a strength, and where learning to honor and accomodate your needs was celebrated. I believe clients deserve to learn the art of curiosity and compassion; rather than being made to feel like they are a problem to be “fixed” or “treated”. In a world that bases well-being on productivity, it’s hard to slow down long enough to figure out what resources might actually make you feel more supported.

I am a provider who believes in showing up as a human…rest assured you won’t be sitting across from a blank slate. I found my way to this profession due to my own journey with mental health, and am honored every day to support clients on their own journey. I aim to create an affirming environment where you feel safe and heard, and where all parts of your identity will be honored.

Every person deserves a space to come as they are, a place that provides the safety to slow down. As your therapist I vow to welcome all of the pieces that make you, you!
